From start to finish the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. 4 star service at the Pool by Roland as well as serving our breakfast every morning on our patio overlooking the Caldera. Nick and Odysseus assisted in booking private transfers daily and ensured our every need was taken care of. “It’s impeccable! Zanet is the best host I have ever met. Taking her time to show us the best restaurants, where to go, the local dishes etc. she’s amazing! Every staff is super friendly and speak fluent English. The sunset view is the best, so glad that we don’t have to wait under the sun for hours like everyone else in Oia. They keep the best spots as common area for guests to enjoy the sunset and even serve traditional drinks. What a thoughtful surprise! Lots of variety for breakfast……
