Great Place!

It was the perfect spot to stay for exploring Arches, Canyonlands and Capitol Reef National Parks! Condo was as advertised and had everything you needed! We recommend!

Great spot!!

Great place to stay when in Moab. The accommodations are great from a space standpoint. Lots of kids especially in the pool. Nice little balcony.

Moab Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious unit. Having the pool and hot tub just outside was a real bonus, especially after hiking in the parks. The location was good too, a bit removed from the noise and traffic of downtown Moab.

Comfortable Stay in Great Location

This property had everything we needed and was in a great location for us to do day trips to The Needles, Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point State Park. Just 10 minutes south of town and nice and quiet for tired nights in the hot tub. The response time and communication were top notch.

Nice place to stay

The listing was a bit confusing because it said there were 4 bedrooms and there were 3. There were 2 rollaway beds that we put in the living room, so it worked out. Nice place to stay.

Great location

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and seeing the red cliffs. The condo was very spacious. Very close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The property manager always replied promptly.

Great stay in Moab

This condo was perfect for our 3 night stay to visit Arches and Canyonlands. We especially enjoyed the beautiful mountain views, full size kitchen and comfortable beds. The pool was being repaired during our stay and despite this being out of the owner’s control, they were kind enough to offer us a discount for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this property!

This was a beautiful home. There was six of us and was perfect. The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the large kitchen and sofa. The location was perfect in relation to Bryce Canyon. We would recommend this home and will definitely come back again.

Great spot in Moab!

This condo was just as described. Clean and cool, even while it was 100+ degrees outside. The owners were great at communicating with us and made it simple. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Moab!

What a beautiful place with an incredible view! This was our first time in Moab & this condo did not disappoint! There were only two of us so we had way more room than we needed. The unit could easily accommodate 6+ people. Wonderful place!

Fun friend getaway

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. Once with family and the other with friends. It was perfect for our needs each time. It is easy to get to Arches National Park and to downtown Moab. We loved hanging out at the pool after a day of hiking and exploring.

Comfortable and convenient

The layout of this condo worked well for my family of 5. Check-in was easy and the location was convenient. The hot tub was a treat for my kids on chilly days. It was nice to have extra towels available for the bathrooms and the pool. There was some miscommunication over a small problem but the property manager quickly made things right.

Condo was not ready when we arrived. We stood out in the hot sun for an hour waiting for the cleaning lady to clean the condo. It was a rushed job and the place was not very clean.

Moab family vacation.

We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo as well as our time exploring the area. The location is on the south side of town a few miles away from the crowds and shops. It was a lovely 3 bedroom (plus a huge master closet that was perfect for our 2 yr old to sleep- dark and a trundle bed was provided) 2 bathroom with a large laundry room. The pool and hot tub were a treat each night. The kitchen had an oven, microwave, blender and toaster. There were enough kitchen items (plates and utensils) for 1 meal depending on the size of your group but plan to wash between meals if eating there. Low on pantry items (no salt or pepper, a couple of other mostly empty seasonings) - but the fridge and cupboards were spotless. The owners responded promptly to all comments/requests. Couldn’t have asked for a better price for the accommodations, locations and size of the place. Would stay there again if we are ever in this area again.
