BEDS: King bed in master, queen bed in bedroom 2, bunk beds (Twin & Full) in bedroom 3. Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Come and enjoy the comfortable accommodations after spending the day doing one or more of the many activities that has made Moab famous. This unit is located near the pool, tennis/basketball courts, and playground. The 3 bedrooms will sleep 8 and there are TV's in each bedroom. The double car garage will accommodate 2 cars or ATV's and the extra long driveway will handle a trailer. Additional parking is nearby for larger rigs.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master en suite bedroom has a king bed with a private balcony (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines), the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

2025 Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

*Hot tub will close for the season on Thursday, Jan. 2nd, 2024
Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2025: 1pm-9pm

Property served us well for our Moab and National Parks trip. Roomy and spacious. Living room couch and side chairs were pretty worn out and not comfortable to sit on. The living room television also had issues. The volume was either ear bleeding loud or so low couldn’t hear it at all. Luckily we didn’t spend a ton of time indoors anyway.

Great Property, clean and in good shape. The front door of the property doesn't face a street so was a little hard to find. But ended up finding it easy enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was extremely well equipped if you plan to cook while you are there. We were there over thanksgiving and every pot pan, utensil, small appliances that we needed was available. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Perfect location, hot tub just out the front door as well as the tennis basketball court. You have great views of the mountain. The communication with the rental company was extremely smooth and they were available anytime we had a question. If you come at night as we did it is a bit difficult to find so be sure to look at the map that they send you.

We had such a great stay in Moab. The apartment was clean and cool when we got there! The instructions to get to the unit were a bit confusing - it told us to go on Prickly Pear Drive, but we actually needed the first street. Other than that, this stay was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed, plenty of clean towels for our use, and everything felt fresh and clean.

Our family of eight stayed at this place for four nights. We found it surprisingly roomy for being a townhome. The home was clean upon arrival, which is most important to me. The property is across from the community pool, which was terrific! The kitchen was well stocked (kitchen scissors would have been nice), but other than that, we had everything that we needed. We appreciate the chance to rent this property and would do it again in the future.
