Great spot

Great location. Walkable to most of "downtown" Moab. Hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. To the coffee drinkers...BYO coffee.

Quiet, cozy retreat

Cottonwood Cottage is a comfortable, surprisingly quiet home in the middle of busy Moab. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go in town. We really enjoyed quiet breakfasts at the little table outside! In spite of the heat, we did use the hot tub a couple times. Thanks for a great 3 night stay!

Location is Why You’ll Love It

Stayed here with a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teens. It was a perfect amount of room for us. The one bathroom wasn’t a big deal. The location is what you’ll love. We walked to all the shops and dining on Main Street. Our rafting and UTV reservations were less than a 5 minute drive. The house is close to Main Street yet the yard gives you privacy. We did not use the hot tub but it was a nice option to have.

We enjoyed it & would stay there again. A few small things for improving it..a more comfortable MBR mattress and pillows, Kleenex, a toaster oven as ours melted, some kitchen items, coffee filters, etc

We loved staying at this cottage. It is really cute, and beautifully decorated. It is right downtown, but quiet. The bed was comfortable. It was about 20 minutes to Arches. We loved staying here.

Cottonwood Cottage Wonder

Had an enjoyable 4 night stay. Great location for visiting the parks. And the town of Moab is very cute. The cottage is as described: updated and cozy with all amenities you need. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4. We did not use the hot tub or BBQ, we usually would but not this time. Highly recommend staying at Cottonwood Cottage. Thank you!l

Great home in the perfect location

This rental was perfect. Maybe two blocks off the main road through town, which made it perfect to travel by foot to restaurants, shops, etc. It's also located next to a great walking/biking trail. The home itself is comfortable and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay including a hot tub which was perfect for dipping in every afternoon after hiking/biking in November. Highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Moab who wants to be close to town!
