Just a few minutes from Moab on the 12th green of Moab Golf Course, this Spanish Valley home for eight is perfectly located for admiring the red rock beauty that surrounds it. Don't miss the abundance of natural beauty surrounding you. Sites like Dead Horse, Ken's Lake, Flat Pass, and much, much more are all just minutes away from your door by car! You're also just moments away from the small restaurants and shops of the town of Moab.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was the end of our Canyonlands and Arches National parks

This was the end of our 2 1/2 week vacation. The condo was in a beautiful setting and perfect location to both parks. Also close to town for groceries and restaurants.

Condo was at advertized. Appreciated the washer and dryer, along withe provided washer pods and dryer sheets! The beds were very comfy. Great location to the 2 National Parks we were visiting.

The plates and spoons are dirty. I need to wash them again. The Wi-Fi is not working. We have to reboot it. The TV is not connected to the Wi-Fi. The gate code is not working. I tried to contact customer service by calling, emailing, and texting. It takes 2 hr for someone to get back to me.

Moab family March getaway

This spot served as great location for our Moab visit and participation in Canyonlands Run. Provided great parking for 3 vehicles, ideal amenities (kitchen, grill, for meals and dining) easy access to small fishing lake, town, attractions. Thank you Dave V.

Quiet townhouse 10 min from downtown Moab

This place was perfect for our family of 4 with young kids. While the kitchen was a bit dated, the house was well stocked with extra bedding, cleaning/laundry supplies, lots of kitchen utensils, dishes, and small appliances, and even pool noodles. The reason it’s not getting five stars is because we had a difficult time with the keyless front door lock which malfunctioned frequently and then finally stopped working altogether the last day we were there. Vacasa helped us get in via a lockbox, but it was a big annoyance throughout the trip.

Nice neighborhood not far from town. Clean and spacious 2 bedroom and 2 baths. We had no issues at all. Nice backyard area with a view of the mountains! Dark Sky area gives a clear view of the stars!!

Convenient but not luxurious

It is very convenient to Moab and Arches NP. If you are looking for a nice, updated place with everything expectin a vacation rental this is not the place for you. Management company is not very accommodating either.

Comfy stay. Close to golf course.

We had internet, TV and so close to the golf course. The unit for two couples. It needs updating and a deep clean. But for the most part it was great for us. Plenty of room for our food and golf clubs.

3 parks in 3 days

Approx 4 hours from SLC airport, approx 6 mins to downtown moab. 30 mins- Arches, 45 to Canyonlands and 2.25 to Capitol Reef. Place smelled clean when we arrived - 2 rooms and a larger full bathroom upstairs. Kitchen /living room /smaller bathroom(toilet & standing shower) Easy to find /park. Glad it had a garage. Pretty views. Only reason not a 5* is appliances were a little outdated and shower in lower bathroom was smaller than a cruise shiBonus points for for udownstsirs.

Excellent Location, Moab

Pros: Great location, close enough to town and far enough not to be in the crowds. Nice and quiet neighborhood! Excellent color choices, quaint kitchen, one bathroom/shower downstairs, one bathroom/tub/shower upstairs. Nice firm beds perfect after a 13 hour day of hiking. Laundry room and pods provided. Plenty of towels provided, even for the pool. Cons: Downstairs shower door doesn't close all the way. Remote wouldn't turn on TV but did change the channel. Recommendations: Coffee, powdered creamer and sugar variety. Suggestions, bring your own pillow.

Great location, beautiful views, clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable, the location was great and very close to everything we needed and short drives to the National parks. We had 2 couples staying together and the only thing that I had not realize before we came was both bedrooms were upstairs with only 1 bathroom upstairs. There is a full bathroom downstairs so we decided to have the men shower downstairs and the 2 women shared the upstairs bathroom. The only other thing was with 4 adults wanting to watch tv it would probably be better to have 2 loveseats in the family room vs a couch and 1 chair. We worked it out by having 2 people sitting on the couch, 1 in the chair and 1 sat in a kitchen chair to watch tv. Tv could be a bit larger as it is very tiny. We went on an excursion driving on Hell's Revenge with Cowboy Country Off-Road Adventures and we had Cricket and Kent drove us. Overall a Great Trip!
