Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only real "negative" was that we only had access to half of the two car garage and could have really used the full garage. (I understood the listing to indicate we had full access). But, that was really pretty minor.The home is in a great location, with lots of space, and very comfortable.

Awesome Location, Great Duplex, Great Communication

My friends and I had a great time staying at this cute duplex. It's very spacious and clean, with plenty of room. The hosts had everything we needed there and even some games and entertainment around which we enjoyed. I think I told my boyfriend I wish we had a duplex like this 20 times. This would be awesome for a big family or a group of friends like what we did. I appreciate that the list of cleaning instructions was optional, because I personally feel if I'm paying a cleaning fee I should not have to strip a bed. Our only complaints were the hot tub listed on the listing was closed (I know it's winter but it's a hot tub) and the bunk beds definitely need some screws tightened. Luckily we didn't end up needing those for our group. Overall a great experience and good value for the price.

We were a group of 7 staying here. The condo had plenty of room and allowed us to spread out. Would recommend fixing the damaged kitchen floor and shower light in the upstairs bathroom. We really enjoyed the location. Quick to get to restaurants in downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Great place to stay with a large group.

Seamless experience, hosts were very responsive. House had everything you need for a base camp to your adventures. The peeling linoleum on the kitchen floor needs to be addressed, but it adds character.

The host was very responsive and kind. However, we feel that the listing didn't match the actual condo. This place was outdated and run down. The carpet was dirty, the linoleum flooring was falling apart, tiles were cracked, the countertops were formica. For over 500 per night, I was expecting a lot better.
