Luxury 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cottonwood town home on a quiet side street just 2 blocks from Main Street. Sleeps 8. 2 queen beds and two sets of bunkbeds. Walk to restaurants, shops, and the Millcreek trail. Just minutes from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Indoor pool with showers, WiFi, Smart TV’s (no cable), full kitchen, outdoor grill, 2 car garage. Spacious sitting area. Relax and play board games, watch DVD's or internet TV. Close to Swanny Park (Moab City Acquatic Center, Skate Park, Finish Line for Moab Half Marathon, Farmers Market, Antique Car Show).

Just what we needed
We were in Moab for 2 days, as part of a long vacation out West for our family of 5. This property was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Lots of space, plenty of beds, and very well maintained. Property manager was great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

I have rented VRBOs for ten years in a row, and this is my favorite. I love this home's location and spaciousness. There is ample room to store your toys in the two car garage, and the location is unbeatable. You can walk to all the best restaurants, bars, and breakfast joints. The host was amazing to work with.

Perfect base for MTB adventure
My son and I spent 5 days exploring the MTB trails in Moab, and this house was the perfect place to come back to. It's on a quiet street, but you can walk to town for dinner and shopping. Spacious and clean - highly recommend!

Spring Break Week in Moab
Property was clean and had plenty of space for family of 4. It was an easy drive to nearby national and state parks, and walking distance to Main Street in Moab. Owner was very communicative leading up to the stay. Would stay there again.
