Comfortable and Clean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is well appointed and provides everything you could want for a Moab getaway. We appreciated how clean it was, the provision of toiletries and the well-appointed kitchen. Perfect for a girlfriend’s getaway. It’s very close to Arches and it took us less than an hour to reach Canyonlands. Highly recommend!

Two nights not enough time

This was a great property that was super clean and cozy. The added touch of the Aveda products for the bathrooms were great. It is well equipped to make big dinners in the kitchen. Quiet location and the beds were very comfortable.

Moab 240 Base

Four adults stayed in this house. it has room for 2 more adults. 5 miles outside of Moab keeps you away from the hustle bustle of the town but close enough to drop in for groceries, gas, dinners, entertainment. Convenient location for national parks as well. Located in a neighborhood of similar homes. Nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. Whole place was clean, beds were comfortable and the living room had plenty of seating. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils that came in handy as we cooked there for most meals. It’s south of town but not far from anything in town needed.

Nice place to stay. It was clean and kitchen was well equipped with pots and towels. There was no hand soap for the bathrooms. The laundry room had everything you needed. The swimming pool was down the block and across the street. Not the cleanest: people had pets in the pool/area. It. Was a nice distance from town. Be sure to pick up ice if coming in late,if need.

Another good time in Moab!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay in Moab 2-3 times per year and always enjoy VRC properties in Rim Village. This property was great and most everything was as we are accustomed to when we stay. The appliances could use some upgrading as the gas stove had some igniting issues. The fridge/freezer was our only real complaint this time. The freezer would struggle keep items frozen or even freeze ice. Otherwise, it's a great place!

We loved this place

The house is very nice open concept and roomy.the website stated it had shampoo and conditioner provided but it did not.loved the 2 car garage to protect my show car since we were there for a show. Would definitely rent it again

Mother Daughter Trip

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Moab, this bright, cheerful place was great to come back to after enjoying all that the area has to offer. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, quiet

This is a nice peaceful option. The area is a short drive from the downtown amenities but worth the separation for the quiet peaceful location. The property is nice and clean with comfortable beds.
