Welcome to the Magic of Moab! We are pleased to be able to share our home away from home with you! Enjoy the sunset from the patio with views of the La Sal Mountains, Moab Rim and red rock. Relax after a day of exploration in our comfortable townhome. The townhome is located in Rim Village, 7 minutes south of Moab.

Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen including a 12 cup automatic drip coffee maker and filters, blender and crock pot. The breakfast bar provides casual seating and there is seating for eight at the dining area table. A Weber grill is on the patio - eat inside or out!

The main bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom with queen bed & twin bed and third bedroom with a queen bed, share a full bathroom. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. All bedrooms have HD TV’s. Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, liquid hand soap, lotion and a hair dryer are stocked in the bathrooms.

Cable TV and Wi-Fi are complimentary.
The washer and dryer are ready for your use. Detergent, iron & table top ironing board are provided.
The townhome is on ground level = no stairs.
For young visitors, we have a pack 'n play and high chair.

Park your vehicles and store your bikes and gear in the 2 car garage. There is ample parking in the driveway. Trailers and large rigs can park nearby on Cold Springs Drive, Meador Drive and Gemini Bridges Lane.

POOL & HOT TUB: The Rim Village community pool and spa are a wonderful amenity! The community pool is open seasonally as it is not heated and the hot tub is open year round. Changing rooms and bathrooms are next to the pool.

Our team is always available should you need any assistance or any questions during your stay. We are happy to make any recommendations on things to do and places to see.

This is a No-Smoking/Vaping townhome. Pets are not allowed. Guests must also observe the Rim Village Guest rules.

The cleaning fee is $139 per stay. The Damage Protection policy is your choice of $59 for up to $1,500 in damages or a refundable deposit of $1,500.
