The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided!) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim.

In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or walk over to the nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) which are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The home offers a two-car garage (with a ping pong table!), driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

The master bedroom has a comfortable, king size bed with large attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with XL twin (bunk style) and the 3rd bedroom has a comfy queen bed. All bedrooms and the living room offer a high-definition television and the master bath has a jetted tub to soothe after a day of on the trails.

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Per the HOA, there is a 2 dog max. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)
