"Be prepared Parking is $46, they don’t tell you until you’ve already parked and checking in. Turns a $180 stay into a $226 stay. Still worth it though. Nice staff. Good on convenience being close to airport. Beds were comfy and rooms decent. Breakfast was nice as well. But cmom Hotels.com please be upfront about actual costs. Front desk staff says that it’s noted on their website but third-party operators don’t often share the parking cost. I Would stay there again if the need arose. Who wants to drive into Waikiki if no need? lol "

"Pictures are no where like the real condition of the property. Dirty and moldy. Water bubbles on the wall. Should I continue? If you are on a budget might as well rent a car and sleep in it. Only saving grace the hot water was really hot. Good luck if you don’t believe me. "

"The room we booked wasn’t clean upon check-in :/ that was super disappointing. There’s a lot of fees and such tacked on and it’s unclear until you ask questions. I stayed here in November of last year and it was fine but this time around even though I got a better room, the experience was of lesser quality, which ultimately was a bummer. If I were to visit the area again, I’d stay somewhere else for sure. "

"The front desk staff José and Nalu were awesome. We were stranded in Honolulu after my wife got hurt and needed surgery at the local Queens Medical Center. They worked closely with me during her recovery. Adjusted each day that extended my time here. Jamie Rose server was great as well. "

"clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff despite their tiredness, air conditioning cold, breakfast was very good. Bathroom too tiny. Requested access rooms for disabled person but not enough rooms to accommodate. All first floor rooms should be disable accessible. And all first floor entrance doors should be easy for disabled person to open and walk in and out. "

"A very well appointed self contained unit located directly below the owners house. The hosts are thoughtful and friendly and provided everything one might need for self catering, including a hearty breakfast and a few beers. The sunny garden, pool area and views were amazing. We loved the sunsets! There was free car parking which was a bonus and it was easy to get around the island - we travelled east and west without issues. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for two with every appliance you could need. They have really thought of everything! Thank you for a pleasant stay."
