It is within walking distance of Mobile Bay and the Fairhope Pier, as well as all the fantastic Shops in this great city. Excellent Restaurants, Bars and awesome local Shops are right out your door!! Explore Downtown Fairhope, Mobile Bay, and the Fairhope Pier during your stay! One parking garage spot available with your stay. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony!

Overall, the property was extremely nice and we had everything we needed, including the owner, leaving several spices and cooking supplies as well as foil, Ziploc’s, etc. As mentioned by other reviewers, the only negative was the bar across the street that seems to crank up at 10:30 at night every night And Hearing the people walk across the floor constantly on the third floor above us. But they do have sound machines in each room, so it was not overbearing, but it is a nuisance when you’re trying to go to sleep. But it was very close to restaurants and shopping, and we had a wonderful time.

Style, Quality, & Comfort all in one place!
Fairhope was the location for our son’s wedding and rehearsal dinner. This home is perfectly located a block off of downtown. We could easily walk anywhere we wanted to go, yet quickly be home if we wanted. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine! We will come back to this location in this home.

Wedding guest weekend
Furniture was worn. Bathrooms were old and not that clean. Several bugs in the bathroom. Hallway smell in building was awful and the outside of the building had peeling paint. We were barely there due to our weekend activities but I wouldn’t rent it again.

Would stay here again!
Better than the photos, this property is an excellent location from which to explore and enjoy Fairhope. The three bedrooms were perfect for us girlfriends and the porch was a great spot to enjoy the breeze and sip cocktails. The white noise machines helped counter any noise from the lively bar across the street.The high ceilings and roomy interior were quite nice. The best part of course was the location, which made walking to the cute downtown shops and restaurants VERY convenient. Highly recommended!
