Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets. Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing. 「Great location , Domenika who help to check us in is so helpful, friendly n refer us to good restaurants as good value , good quality food. We live our top floor n have to carry out bags up n down. But fully understand cos old building do not hv lift. 」

「Our apartment was perfect: very clean inside, two bathrooms, everything worked perfect, beds very comfortable, inside the ancient walls and easy to get to everything. The only minor issues were first entering the steps up were dirty and then the door lock was fussy. But then walking in was perfect and I have no problem giving 5 stars.」

「Appartement 距離Pile Gate 很近，在主大道旁的巷子裏, 大概只需要爬1~2階的樓梯. 但屋內沒有電梯, 需要爬樓梯. 屋主會提前聯絡詢問到達時間, 安排入住有問題也可以線上詢問. 房間很大很寬敞也很乾淨, 室內有冷暖空調, 客廳與臥室是隔開的. 有提供廚具與洗衣機, 也有人會來清潔. 隔壁就是甜點店, 想吃甜點很方便.」

「The Chill-Out apartment was perfect for a one night stay while visiting Dubrovnik. The team was very responsive and helpful as we tried to drive into the area and find the apartment.
