「My daughter and I stayed at Summit Street Inn for a weekend of college touring and getting to know Winston Salem. This inn is beautiful and clean, conveniently located at the “end” of downtown. 「This is a converted bed and breakfast from a 1917 Tudor style large home. Polly, the manager, was most gracious and engaging and oversaw a nightly happy hour. My room was quite spacious and tastefully decorated. I didn’t get a chance to have breakfast due to business commitments but I would definitely stay here again.」

「My daughter in law and I decided to go to Charlotte, NC to see a concert. We didn't want to stay at a hotel and decided to stay at a B&B and found The Silly Chicken. What a find! We stayed in the guest house and it was amazing. The chickens were so much fun to see and breakfast was delicious. We will try to go back and spend a few more days soon.」

「We had an outstanding stay at a Historic Inn (c. 1744). Inn Keeper Cherie was most helpful and a delightful hostess. Breakfast was outstanding. Located in Historic Old Salem.
