Great place for family stays and get togethers. Perect view! Mattresses might need replacing? There are 2 tv's that steam, 2 that are cable. A lovely week at the ocean!

Family beach getaway

Accommodated all of our needs. Excellent location. Only nitpick was the smoke detector activated every time the stove was turned on and the patio furniture was dated.

Clean, cozy, great location, nice hot tub contrast cold dip in ocean! The hot tub on the ocean was the highlight, but everything was great.

Spring Break Getaway

Overall the house was really great, quiet location right on the beach. Very quiet area and great access to the beach. Only issue we had was that every time we used the stove or oven it would set off the smoke detector in the kitchen, even under normal cooking conditions with the vent hood on.

Location is key

You’re really paying for the location here - can’t be beat for a beach trip. The trail to the beach was overgrown, we had to trim blackberry bushes to get through safely. The house left a lot to be desired. It was not clean, smelled musty and in the basement game room there were roaches and sticky traps collecting an array of bugs. The fire alarm goes off everytime you cook, even with doors and windows open it’s inevitable. The washer is musty and mildewy. The couch is falling apart and beds squeak at every touch. Showers were dirty and grimy.

Great location and view. Beachfront. Furniture requires serious updating. Beds made squeeky noise at each movement. Couch also not comfortable and clearly outdated.

Moclips vacation clamming

The location of this rental was the best we couldn't walk right down to the beach. After a day of clamming it was great to come back and soak in the hot tub. We will rent this place again

Ocean 2025 trip

Was a good place to stay. Very close to the beach. Could have been a little cleaner: potatoe chips under the bed, stairs from the garage didn't appear vacuumed, something on the light switch in the updtairs bathroom (blood?), lots of cobwebs.

Beach Dreams South

Our weekend getaway at beach dreams south was perfect. We had stayed in the other beach dreams before so we knew what we were looking forward to. Perfect beach house just a few minutes walk from the ocean. The hot tub was the icing on top.
