ENTRANCE:
Self check-in with electronic keys, including a dedicated parking space inside the property.

High-speed Wi-Fi and heating, or air conditioning in summer, for maximum comfort.

Fully autonomous access with automated check-in available from 15:00 onwards; the keys will be digital and accessible directly from your smartphone, with detailed instructions provided in advance so you can be guided upon arrival.

After passing through the large entrance gate onto the courtyard, you can park in your dedicated parking space inside the building. Then you will access the stairwell with an elevator to the 4th floor, which will take you directly to your home.

Maximum vehicle size for parking: 4.50 meters in length.

At the time of completing the check-in, a link from our Vikey platform will be sent to upload documents and pay the tourist tax.

The tourist tax can be paid through the link we provide; in Modena it is €3 per night for each guest staying.
