Wonderful stay in Modena

Our stay in Modena was made more enjoyable by the comfortable and unique room we had via Claudio. Very good driving directions to the front door from Claudio were so important as you start to drive through the narrow streets of the old town. Key code, gate operation then photo directions to the room were accurate. Need to consider your strength as there is no lift and a few flights of stairs for bigger bags, which was clearly advised by Claudio, but we are travellers and this should not be a problem… Parking options are around the town, white lines are free but check all signs. Very close to bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend this for your stay in Modena.

Comfy and Compact

We spent 4 nights in this comfy compact flat. Even though small it is packed with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Modern interior with history. Plenty of outlets which is not common in most historic flats. Centrally located, great neighborhood. Great neighborhood cafe only 2 doors down on the same street! Nice apertivos and yummy soup. Claudo is great to work with, we would definately stay here again. Ginny & Wayne B

Convenient and Pleasant

We were met by Claudio who showed us the apartment and gave us advice and directions to local sights and activities. We also appreciated his helpful communication as we neared our arrival. The apartment is very convenient in central Modena, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was clean, quiet, safe, comfortable and well equipped. A flight of stairs is required and if you are much over 6' you may have to duck a doorway or two. We enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again!

Un piccolo gioiello

Abbiamo soggiornato sei notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento ha tutti i confort, pulizia perfetta e soprattutto a pochi passi dal centro. Claudio ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni turistiche e soprattutto la segnalazione dei ristoranti più interessanti (sempre gradite). Assolutamente consigliato.

Lovely apartment, excellent location, great service, very good value

Met by Claudio, who was very friendly, organised and extremely helpful. Milk, bread, Lambrusco and pizza already in the kitchen! Lots of recommendations from Claudio when we asked and all were very good. Comfortable bed, spacious bedroom, air conditioning and great location.

Прекрасная квартира! Расположена в самом центре, но в тихом дворе. Все чистое, новое, прекрасная кровать, хорошее постельное белье и полотенца. На кухне есть все необходимое, вплоть до продуктов. Климат контроль и запас горячей воды на несколько человек. Хозяин очень приветливый человек всегда готовый придти на помощь и ответить на все вопросы, посоветовать что посмотреть, куда сходить и где поесть). El apartamento es perfecto. Está en pleno centro, pero en una calle silenciosa. Todo esta muy limpio, la cama es comoda, ropa de cama, toallas de buena calidad. Cocina bien equipada y hay alimentos, agua, lambrusco y pastelitos. Clima control en todo apartamento y buen deposito de agua caliente. Claudio es muy simpatico y agradable. Siempre esta listo para ayudar, dar consejos a que visitar, ver y donde comer. Claudio, molto grazie!

Absolutely ideal!

Badia is a stunning apartment in a really cool old building. The inside is cozy and super modern - no detail has been forgotten. There is a ton of natural light and lovely windows, a great bathroom with excellent water pressure, a kitchen with all that you will need and some lovely treats, and a very large bedroom with plenty of storage space, a desk, etc. We have nothing negative to say because everything was simply superb, and Claudio could not have been nicer. He always responded to emails and texts immediately, even from the very first one. He also had a great suggestion for finding a way to rent a Ferrari at a better price than what the museum offers. All in all, just an excellent trip to the lovely town of Modena, and staying in Claudio's apartment was a big part of the reason! Molto grazie! Enjoy!
