Delightful, restful, beautiful

Our two families stayed at Baglio Fasana for one week. The accommodations were beautiful, the pool delightful, everything spotless, and the host so kind and helpful when needed. Very special place close to Modica and day trips easy to Noto, Ragusa, and other surrounding sites. Thank you Giuseppe!

Absolute heavenly stay in Modica, Sicily

In 2019, My wife and I planned a two week cycling trip in S/E Sicily with Sicily Bike Routes, based in Modica, Sicily, and we finally executed this year with a group of cycling friends. I looked through VRBO and many other listing companies for a 5 Br/5Ba Location to rent for a month and invite friends and family. I found Baglio Fasana and our dream location came to be. The owner, Giuseppe, was amazing to work with and extremely accommodating. VRBO photos were great, but when I asked for more, I got them. The Baglio was absolutely, perfect, cleaned like a hospital and manicured top to bottom when we arrived. Giuseppe stressed that the property was ours for the month and he NEVER intruded. He responded to my calls and if he needed access he always asked permission before entering the front gate. He arranged to have a groundskeeper maintain the pool (long enough to swim laps) daily. We swapped guests every Friday and Giuseppe had a cleaning crew of about 8 people arrive every Friday morning at 10:00, We left for the day and at 5:00, when new guests arrived, the place sparkled inside and outside! This cleaning service is above and apart from the rental fees, but absolutely worth every penny. I simply asked my guests to donate into the cleaning fund and they readily agreed. Through Sicily Bike Routes and with Giuseppe’s help we had cooking classes and a prepared dinner once every week. Rental bikes were arranged for our guests and I must say, the cycling around Modica is some the best I have ever found and I was a European cycling guide for 8 years! If you are looking for an utterly superb rental experience, on a large estate, with the chance of entertaining family and friends, this is the ONLY place I found that could do everything we wanted and believe me, I spent months searching. Think about the time period of late September/October. Most European vacationers have left and the weather is still great.

Top notch property management! Photos do not do this place justice

The property itself is immaculately maintained. Giuseppe and his associate made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The pool and surrounding country side were absolutely blissful. It was only a short 5 minute drive into the town of Modica which had wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. We absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking for some R&R in Sicily.

Villa Baglio Fasana - a place of pure magic

We rented the Villa for 5 nights - and it was even better than can be described with words. The description given by the management was authentic and accurate. The service was wonderful - the Villa crew knows how to take care of you while providing you real privacy. All the tips given by the management about Modica were of high quality. The property is super well maintained, clean and even more beautiful than in the pictures. We will not only recommend it to friends & family - we will also come back for more! Give yourself & your family a real taste of magic in Sicily - and enjoy Villa Baglio Fasana.

Un endroit magique pour passer ses vacances

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve à 2 familles (11 personnes). Le cadre est idéal car permet à la fois de passer du temps ensemble et d’avoir ses propres zones d’intimité. La piscine est grande, les chambres sont confortables et les espaces communs sont très beaux. L’emplacement est idéal car la proximité avec Modica est très pratique mais la maison est tout de même à l’ecart donc au calme. Notre hôte, Giuseppe, est par ailleurs très à l’ecoute et à répondu à toutes nos demandes, voire plus ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ringraziamo prima di tutto il Signor Giuseppe e anche Carmelo per la calorosa è perfetta accoglienza La Fasana e’ un luogo di sogno! L’atmosfera è veramente al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Le camere accoglienti e arredate con gusto e particolari raffinati, i bagni bellissimi, il salone con ogni comodità, la cucina e la zona pranzo: tutto eccezionale. Abbiamo soggiornato in 14 : una grande famiglia che ha goduto della pace, serenità e bellezza del luogo. Grazie ancora da tutti noi😍

nostro soggiorno alla Fasana

Siamo stati molto lieti del nostro soggiorno alla Fasana. La struttura tipica è stata recentemente ristrutturata in maniera giusta. La masseria si trova nella campagna tranquilla, circondata dagli ulivi, lontana del caos cittadino ma anche a poche distanze da Modica vecchia e delle città barocche del val di Noto. Posto perfetto sia per il turismo locale che per rilassarsi.
