Lovely house with a stunning view

We had a lovely stay at this charming house. Lots of character and a lovely terrace with a breathtaking view of the city. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again

Well located in Modica

Great location. There’s a lovely little coffee shop right down the street that overlooks the Duomo. There are quite a few steps to walk down to the main street but most people should have no problem with it. Or you can drive. Apartment has a great patio with a fantastic view. Inside the apartment it is two levels so you must be prepared to use some stairs. Overall a great experience.

Gradiose Aussicht

Hübsches Häuschen, oben am Bergkamm gelegen, mit herrlichem Ausblick, haben uns in Modica Alta verliebt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Super Kontakt mit Vermieterin und beste Betreuung durch Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Bei Anreise unbedingt den Parkplatz am Kastell nutzen. Der Aufstieg vom kostenlosen Parkplatz unten ist mit Koffern kaum zu schaffen, Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt absolut genossen.

The ultimate stay in Modica! You will love it

The house overlooks the city of Modica. The people are so nice! We couldn't ask for a better stay during the very special 30th birthday of my new fiance. The house is clean with all the amenities. The owner Daniela is so nice and caring to make sure you are satisfied. You will be more than happy and lose your breath looking at the city view! Don't hesitate. You will be happy with your stay here.
