「This is an event hotel, as its name. Kinda far from Vienna city center, and the only place to go nearby is a shopping mall, so-called the biggest one in Europe. However, it is close around 19:00 in general, and not open on Sunday. The hotel is kind of old and needs to be re-newed, while its frequent events making the maintenance kind of difficult. Business in this hotel is ok, but not romantic trip.」

「Don’t be fooled — this hotel is definitely not giving Vienna vibes. It’s more like student accommodation with a reception desk. If you check in online, you then have to ring a helpline just to get electricity access unless you tap in with your bank card like you’re starting a laundrette machine. No cups in the room either, so apparently hydration means lapping water from the sink like a thirsty cat. It’s basic at best. Location is a bit meh, and the whole set-up has more flaws than charm.」

「Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und wie in der Beschreibung angegeben gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sich erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung für uns ist. Insbesondere die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen: ruhig und in der Nähe des Lainzer Tiergartens, in dem man spazieren gehen und sich die Hermesvilla (in der Nebensaison allerdings nur von außen) ansehen kann. Zugleich sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wien gut erreichbar.」

「Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und super ausgestattet. Die Erreichbarkeit gen Wien ist hervorragend und dennoch kann man die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit in Mödling genießen. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. 」

Zum Bahnhof war es uns persönlich zu Fuß zu weit, ein PR ist vor Ort.Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es fehlte nur an einigen Messern. Großes Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. In der Toilette war die Lüftung kaputt, was auch in den wenigen Tagen Aufenthalt unangenehm wurde. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist...

「VRBO ad stated the unit had Air Conditioning and a Dryer, and it did not have either. Ad should be corrected!!! When inquiring with owner about the air conditioning hours after arriving, there was not response until I resubmitted the question 2 days later. We were then told the “unit” was in the basement and it could be brought up the next day, which was the day before we departed. Disappointing! Other than that the unit would be fine if there was more attention to its cleanliness. 」
