“Hotel VERY convenient for public transport from the airport and easy to locate by foot. Pleasant walk across the river from the city centre (trams and buses also serve). Staff pleasant and welcoming. Room and communal areas clean and well maintained. Hotel sells a small selection of groceries but there is a convenience store located next to the hotel too!”

“Yes room was fine
Staff mostly fine the manager Thomas sorted out a couple of issue's to our satisfaction he was amazing actually. We would stay at this hotel again ”

“Breakfast was fresh with a good selection and served by efficient friendly staff. Omelettes and other food items could be ordered individually. Rooms were large and clean and beds were turned down daily. Reception service was efficient and any questions we had were answered. The bar is open until midnight and there was live piano music on Friday with a medley of well known tunes played by a friendly pianist. Overall a very nice weekend spent in Cracow with the hotel adding to this experience. ”
