Lovely house, and very short walk away from beach with good access and swimming. Beautiful part of Brittany, which is quieter than normal tourist hotspots.

Fantastic family break

Wonderful large house that had plenty of space for us to spread out into. The weather wasn't great the week we stayed but the whole family enjoyed the downstairs pool and games room, which meant the weather didn't matter. Beautiful rural location with stunning views but also a short drive to amenities like bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Did lovely cliff walks along the coast and literally a 3 minute walk from the beach. We had a fantastic time.

Absolutely stunning property! In a rural location but a stunning part of the world. Everything you needed was in the property & the kids love the pool & games room! A short 2 minute walk to a beautiful small & quiet beach. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic house in a lovely location.A great place for the family to gather for my husband’s 60th birthday. The swimming pool was great but deep, the property had provided a child’s float belt which saved issues with the 2 year old as both Mum & Nana couldn’t stand in the pool. The pétanque pit had not been weeded and we had to do this ourselves before we could play a game. There was also damage to a light with sharp edges, not ideal for a 2 year old!The jacuzzi smelt and we didn’t fancy trying it.The most frustrating issue was no clothes line or airer for wet towels and costumes, or for washed clothes that you can’t tumble dry. We ended up buying a line and some pegs.The kitchen was well equipped for a large number of visitors and provided everything we required.Overall we had a wonderful stay, but a little more attention to the up keep of the property it could be perfect.

Merveilleuses vacances en famille. 10 personnes.Quelques petits problèmes de chauffage, surtout salle de bain du rdc (heureusement petit radiateur d'appoint).Piscine un peu froide pour la saison, l'eau ne dépassant pas les 21.Par contre super détente dans le jacuzzi.Seul bémol, des vêtements ont été oubliés et non retrouvés.Je recommande fortement cette location et remercie Messieurs BARIL.

Séjour à Moelan sur Mer gîte le repère

Chaque année nous louons un gîte pour 6 couples. Programme 3 jours de golf 3 jours de visites À Moelan sur Mer nous avons fait: Visite guidée château des huitrieres de riec sur belon Visite guidée de la ville close de Concarneau Croisière sur l Odet avec visite de Quimper La semaine était génial avec en plus un temps magnifique et des couchés de soleil sublimes.

Appréciation séjour de Pâques

Cette propriété est parfaite pour une famille transgénérationnelle comme la nôtre. Espace de nuit dédié aux enfants, espaces communs de détente avec plusieurs salons et et lieux couverts dédiés aux loisirs, piscine au sel évitant la remontée d’odeurs de chlore vers les chambres, baby-foot, jacuzzi, billard etc …. Les activités de plein air sont aussi intéressantes avec un BBQ à gaz (bonbonne pleine !) une table de tennis de table et un boulodrome. De quoi contribuer à rendre nos vacances très agréables. A mentionner la proximité de la plage et une terrasse avec vue mer où nous avons eu le loisir de déguster des kirs bretons au moment où le soleil se couchait. Bref, une location à recommander !

Grande maison bien équipée. Vue magnifique sur la mer.

Séjour très agréable, maison bien située pour faire de belles balades et profitez de la plage même en février.😊 La maison est spacieuse avec plusieurs coins salon, ce qui est idéal quand vous avez des petits enfants qui courent partout. Propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons sûrement avec plaisir.

Belle propriété mais...

A notre arrivée, nous avons été déçus. En effet, les housses de couette étaient toutes chifonnées, pas de serviette de toilette dans la chambre parentale. Finalement, en faisant le tour, nous avons réussi à avoir 1 serviette par personne..un peu juste tout de même ! L'entretien quotidien n'est pas au top. Heureusement, la maison est très belle, spacieuse et lumineuse située à quelques mètres à pied du bord de mer. La terrasse est immense avec vue sur mer. Mais nous avons du installer nous même une table et chaises qui étaient stockés au garage. La maison est très bien équipée, notamment dans la cuisine, les matériaux sont de qualité. il y a également un bel espace pool house (piscine et jacuzzi) bien chauffé, avec de la musique, petit espace pour prendre un thé... Les extérieurs ne sont pas très bien entretenus (bacs de plantes fanées, herbes folles dans le jardin japonais...). Dommage que ces petits points négatifs font perdre le prestige que cette belle maison mérite !

Belle maison très bien située

Maison située à proximité de la mer, avec une très belle vue. Equipements de qualité et en grand nombre pour satisfaire le groupe de 10 personnes que nous étions. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine chauffée, le jacuzzi, le billard américain et le baby-foot. Hormis un problème de four qui a été très vite pris en charge par la propriétaire et son concierge, aucune surprise. Quant à la situation, beaucoup de balades possibles au départ de la maison (GR34 à quelques mètres), Pont-Aven à quelques minutes de voiture, golfs à proximité. Excellent séjour que nous recommendons.

Superbe villa, spacieuse, agréable et confortable et bien placée mais inadaptée pour personne PMR.

Villa magnifique et spacieuse avec ses nombreux atouts : piscine, jaccuzi, billard, babyfoot et terrain de pétanque que nous avons largement appréciés, digne de ce standing. En revanche, hyper déçu que l'on nous est pas précisé qu'il y avait des marches et même changement de niveau dans le salon et à la piscine et donc totalement inadapté pour personne PMR (et donc très laborieux pour mon neveu en fauteuil électrique, y compris les douches). D'autre part, le terrain n'étant pas entièrement clôturé, on a du attaché notre husky tout le séjour. Et ses 2 points très importants, ont gâchés quelque peu notre séjour, bien que la propriété soit parfaite pour des personnes valides. Sinon, villa parfaitement équipée, sauf qu'il manque une cafetière ! Bien cordialement, M. VOLLE

Super séjour mais précision sur le logement à donner

Cette propriété est très jolie et au calme à 400m de l'océan. Par contre elle possède un appartement indépendant qui est ouvert qu'à partir de 12 personnes....ce qui n'est pas dit dans l'annonce et qui nous prive de ce fait d'un lit double et surtout d'une salle de bain. Nous étions 9 adultes et 3 personnes ont dû coucher dans des chambres " enfants". La propriétaire contactée a regretté ce malentendu en nous faisant un geste commercial. Piscine intérieure et jaccuzi très appréciable ainsi que le terrain de pétanque.
