Very dated hotel. Hardly maintained building - from balcony views over flat roofs with plastic coverings. Additional charge for the sauna was excessive and unexpected.

Business Aufenthalt für eine Nacht: wo die 4 Sterne herkommen ist mir nicht erklärbar: Bekam ein nach Zigarette stinkendes Zimmer (Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht!), Betten durchgelegen und hart, Bad naja...WLAN funktionierte nicht, sehr hellhörig (Türen schlagen laut ab 5 Uhr), "Sauna" für 1,5 Stunden in Slots zu "buchen" für 10 EURO (steht so nicht auf der Homepage), Flecken auf dem Teppich...Frühstück ohne Charme (zB fehlte kleingeschnittenes Obst, Filterkaffee ungenießbar)

Dejligt roligt sted med ðejlig morge- men sengene?

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i Mölln, skøn alsidig morgenmad - stilhed på nær en hund der den anden dag vi boede på hotellet hylede. Den var alene på et værelse! Ikke lækkert med dyr. MEN skal vi komme igen må både madrasser på værelset være af mere blød karakter - vi har sovet elendigt og er begge mellem 69 og 70❗det var som at ligge på et gulv. Stolene i restauranten endnu hårdere - en hynde kunne gøre underværker 🙏 Glædelig Jul 🎄

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Ein traumhafter Blick über den See auf Möln. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Abendessen und Frühstück erfüllt alle Wünsche. Freundlicher Service. Die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen waren nicht nachvollziehbar. Fazit: Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hotel punktet mit seiner tollen Lage , direkt am See und sehr ruhig. Zimmer schon älter und das Bad ist denke ich aus den 80ern. Viele Kleinigkeiten fallen ins Auge, die mal gemacht werden müssten. Im Frühstücksraum lagen tote Fliegen auf der Fensterbank, auch bei den frischen Blumen wäre ein Austauschen nötig gewesen. Auswahl am Buffet morgens in Ordnung, für jeden etwas dabei.

Große Enttäuschung

Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern Richtung Ostsee unterwegs und hatten einen Zwischenstopp in Mölln. Das positive zuerst: die Lage des Hotels direkt am See ist wirklich toll. Aber leider war es das auch schon. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre längst hinter sich und eine Renovierung bitter nötig. Die Flure dreckig und vollgestellt, an jeder 2. Tür ein „Defekt“-Zettel. Unser Zimmer war zwar geräumig und hatte eine Terrasse, aber es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es jemand vorher mal durchgefegt und gewischt hätte. Der Boden war eindeutig schon länger nicht mehr mit einem Besen oder Wischmopp in Berührung gekommen. Gleiches gilt fürs Bad. Staub, Krümel, Haare in den Ecken. Die Wände sind auch nicht mehr die frischesten, viele Beulen, teilweise fällt der Putz ab und liegt im Zimmer verteilt, Tapeten lösen sich von den Wänden, viele Flecken von zermatschten Mücken aufgrund fehlender Insektenschutzgitter. Das Frühstück war bestenfalls mittelmäßig, wenig Auswahl, keine Alternativen zu Kuhmilch. Der Preis für eine Übernachtung ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Für diesen Betrag hätten wir erwartet, dass zumindest die Basics stimmen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt leider eine Enttäuschung. Wir können das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Trevligt alternativ nära Lübeck

Väldigt trevligt och lugnt läge vid sjö. Trevlig personal och maten var helt ok. Inga problem att ha med hund, fin promenadväg runt lilla sjön. Enda negativa var att det var väldigt lyhört.

Ideelt til afslapning.

Virkelig skøn beliggenhed ved sø, dog langt fra alting og uden tlf. Dækning. Ligger skønt i skoven og med restaurantens terrasse ud mod søen. Eneste minus var, at de ikke havde styr på forudbetaling og at vi måtte betale en ekstra gang som efterfølgende så blev refunderet via hotels.com.

Nicht zufrieden

Ich hatte mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, da hier auch eine Sauna angeboten wurde . Vorort musste ich dann leider erfahren , dass der Saunagang vorher angemeldet werden muss und dass ich erst ab 22:00 Uhr die Sauna nutzen könnte. So etwas sollte auf der Homepage / Hotels.com angegeben werden. Das Bett hat kein Lattenrost und ist daher sehr hart. Beim Frühstück war keine Servicekraft zu finden, um Kaffee oder Rührei nach zu bestellen . Die Reklamation im Hotel wurde mit : Unseren Stammkunden gefällt dieses so wie wir es anbieten „ abgetan. Sehr schade , dann das Hotel mit der schönen Lage hätte Potential
