Holiday Apartment Rosengarten with Balcony and Wi-Fi

Welcome to our holiday apartment Rosengarten on the outskirts of the flower town Mössingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb.



The apartment is located on the top floor of a single-family house, with the owners living on the ground floor. A shared entrance leads via stairs to your accommodation. The apartment offers a living-dining room with balcony, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, an entrance area with wardrobe, and a dressing room.



The large L-shaped sofa in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping option if needed. A modern TV, Bluetooth speaker, and stereo system provide entertainment.



The kitchen with skylight is equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and all necessary cooking utensils.



The daylight bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom. It features a shower, toilet, washing machine, and drying rack. Bed linen and towels are included.



You have free Wi-Fi, smoke detectors, and a first-aid kit. For small children, a travel cot and high chair are available on request. A lockable bicycle storage can also be used on request.



There is free parking in the cul-de-sac in front of the house.



The landlords speak German, Polish, and English. Pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Events and parties are not permitted.



There are many options for hiking, cycling, or day trips. The forest is a 5-minute walk away, shops can be reached in 10 minutes. Bus connections and the train station are nearby. The city centre is less than 20 minutes on foot.
