"We rented this as the groomsmen’s house for our daughter’s wedding at Howard Creek Farm. It was the perfect choice. The location is great, close to the venue and importantly, right on the river. The guys caught a crazy number of fish on each trip into the river. The house was clean, comfortable, a nice home. The guys had a great time. Lora and Mary communicate very well and are very kind. We could not have asked for anything more."

"The whole process went smoothly, accommodations were basic but good. They had some snacks in the refrigerator which was awesome as I didn't get in until 1:30 a.m. Everything was in good condition except the floor had like a little bit of dirt but not like enough to have a problem with it just wipe the feet before I got into that a little bit. "This property was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean. Very private. Lovely nature all around. Hot tub was hot and perfectly functional. Grill was clean and also functioned well. Washer and dryer clean and newer model. We would for sure stay here again if in the area! Host was always prompt to respond and informative."

"We stayed in one of the Geodesik domes and it was so fun. The inside walls are padded which makes in so peaceful. The windows in the dome make it so it’s not claustrophobic. It rained during the night and the sound of the rain on the dome was so relaxing, we slept great. The bathrooms were nearby and they were very clean and accommodating. This is a great location for visiting the sand dunes. What a great national park! Really nice visitors center with very nice staff. "

"This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. When we returned to the property, our family was able to sit back, eat dinner and relax without being on top of each other. The owner was very reseptive and commincation between us was easy from the time I booked, all the way to the end. I would definitely recommend this property and I look forward to maybe coming back again."
