「lady at the desk very kind and helpful. good breakfast. no wifi」

「This was a place to land, but not the best option. Location was fine, but Meeker is tiny so that's not hard. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the smell. It smelled so strong of Fabulous cleaner. But after walking on the floor (hard surface, not carpet) we realized they didn't use the cleaner to clean. The floors were extremely dirty. We think they poured the cleaner down the drains to mask the slightly musty smell. For someone who is sensitive to fragrance this...

「Starting to look rundown. The bathroom sink was mostly clogged and the toilet didn’t want to flush」

「Beautiful location at the start (or end) of Flat Tops scenic byway! So quiet and peaceful. We slept in Sage Hill with windows open to the cool breeze. Note that Sage Hill has a bed in the loft and you climb a ladder to get to it. There's also a twin size bed in a little nook. Restaurants and groceries are nearby in Meeker. Great staff.」

「This was a very clean property with very nice staff. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns before and they are one of my top picks. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.」

「Old 」

「Nothing service. Everything is bad. No bed light 」

「The shower head attachment was broken, causing lots of water collecting. Almost fell stepping out. Could not find important news and football games on the TV」

「Great little getaway if you are tired of the city」

「Great location. Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area.Had to ask someone how to get down to the river to fish.A map would be helpful to show the stairs and the road access to the river since it is not clear in the written directions.」

「You will NOT find a better place to stay or better hosts. Hosts treated us like family, gorgeous property, cabin was phenomenal.... can not say enough good things. I Will be back, no question.... this is God's country, pictures do not do it justice! Thank you for the hospitality!」

「What a great place! Very clean throughout. Helpful hosts. Downtown location where you can walk to most shops and restaurants. Will stay here again!」

「Very relaxing and peaceful, Plenty of cows and a few horses. Lots of birds to listen to and lots of shade.」
