"Everything was great. Only issue was the barista that was there this morning. The others that were there from the time we arrived were great but the one today really was quite the shocker. Granddaughter and grandson went to grab a drink before we headed out. Granddaughter asked for a venti iced matcha. Response was short and stern .. "this isn't like every Starbucks I can't make that, nope can't do it." Unfortunately granddaughter was under the weather and was sensitive to this girl's rude sharp tone. I confronted her about it, and we got the matcha as we had every day we were there. She didn't have cold foam, just like the other baristas, so she refused to make. Guess what you can make cold foam with heavy whipping cream, like the other baristas had done everyday we were there. I really wish people in retail would learn empathy, before being a B#@ch to a young person or anyone for that matter, realize that you don't know what's going on with that person, they could be ill or suffering a loss or whatever. Just go easy with your tone and pointing us out to another staff as we're walking out was just rude and stupid. Great experience, great location up until the last morning. This girl kinda dampened our experience at the resort. She is the reason for us not giving a 5 rating."

"Everything was great. However I’m scoring it low because I’m so upset with the mandatory $40 per day “resort fee”. Since when are we forced to pay for services we don’t get??? I never used any “resort” amenities. We just slept there. Absurd! It should be illegal to charge for a service you don’t get. That’s stealing!"

"There are a lot of these large properties around Utah, and this one is the best our team has used so far. It is off grid and secluded in all the right ways. The property is comfy and stunning, we especially the greenhouse area to be outside when it was a bit too cold or windy. We were a party of 15 work colleagues and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and have our own spaces. Highly recommend! We hope to be back! PS there are some pretty happy chickens and ducks on the property."
