All staff were friendly and caring. Waitress Sato was in particular impressive and spoke good English which in fact was not too common for onsen hotels.

A peaceful and quaint place to stay. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. A pity the rooms are rather rundown. However the meals were really one of the best served!
