The terrace has been upgraded with new lighting, comfortable outdoor cushions and elegant decoration, creating the perfect place to relax both day and night.

Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms with premium beds and high-quality mattresses, together with a second fully renovated bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower.

The property is also equipped with a modern rooftop solar hot water system, including a 300-litre hot water storage tank. This environmentally friendly system provides a reliable supply of hot water while reducing energy consumption.
