Good value for money and comfortable. Buffet varied and good quality. Beach bar a useful facility as is the bus to the beach although it’s easy walking distance. Entertainment a bit too focused on kids and variety performances but overall ok. Kids club a bit boring and not as good as other similar resorts in the Canaries.
Lovely spacious room with great balcony.
Food was amazing. Plenty of choice every meal time. Really fresh.
Loved the sunset terrace in the evening and live music was great
Will def return
As great welcome on arrival, room all ready for us, perfectly clean and comfortable.
Weather was great and pool area and bar were used shortly after arrival then good food in the evening just what was needed for a long weekend break.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. As a Coeliac I found the choice of Gluten Free food excellent and the kitchen staff willing to provide additional Gluten Free options, on request.

Lovely, friendly staff and a good variety of food. Drinks were okay, but the all-inclusive cocktails weren’t great. Rooms are very dated and the hotel could really do with a refurbishment, plus a gym would be expected for a 4-star. Great bus service to the beach and Mogan.
Perfect place to go if you want to relax and stay at the hotel great 2 pools self service drinks and plenty of sun but if you want a trip with exploring and many things to do I wouldn’t recommend. It’s definitely a relax and do nothing other than swim drink and eat type of place which is exactly what I wanted.
Really nice hotel, as per previous reviews needs updating. Spotlessly clean, helpful friendly staff, great selection of food though would have liked to see some alternatives to fried and scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Car parking is not the easiest for a hotel located where it is, we managed to find a space most nights, but had to find alternative parking occasionally.
Most of the all inclusive drinks adequate, but have had more choice of cocktails with Princess hotels at their greek island locations
This mid-range hotel provides a splendid view on the ocean and on port of Mogan. Even if, rooms need some renovation, the overall services are quite good, all meals were superb, good chioce for all needs. Parking is a bit cumbersome, very limited places around, you need a bit of walking.
Fantastic views over the bay, from the hotel room and from bar and (some of) the restaurant.
Helpful, friendly staff and everything very clean.
Restaurant environment not ideal, always very noisy and busy, regardless of the time you eat.
Entertainment in the evening very cheesy, with one or two exceptions - the African gymnasts were very good.

The hotel, including all of the fixtures and fittings, is in need of refurbishment, it looks really dated. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. The pool was great, the view is phenomenal and the staff were truly outstanding. Many individuals went out of their way to make our stay comfortable including the head chef Jimmy, who will happily personally cater to different dietary requirements when asked. The beach and all inclusive cafe down there were also great.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The views from the hotel are excellent and definitely one of its standout features. The food was consistently good, and the restaurant itself is very well maintained, making for a pleasant dining experience.
The drinks were fine, although the cocktails could be improved slightly. The pool area is on the smaller side, but still perfectly adequate for relaxing. One downside was the adults-only pool, which was the coldest I’ve ever experienced and not particularly enjoyable to use.
A small issue we noticed was that the maids were quite noisy early in the morning—there’s really no need for shouting when guests are still sleeping.
The hotel could benefit from a bit of refurbishment in places, and adding a gym would be a great improvement.
That said, despite a few minor drawbacks, we would return in the future.
Hotel was great! Rooms were large, Clean, tidy but a little tired and probably due a refurb. Bed was comfy and we slept well. The view across the ocan was amazing. Felt like we’d really lucked out! Food was good. All Staff were friendly and polite. Several Shuttle bus to the beach, although we walked probably 10 mins, not an issue for us. Really nice touch that there was a hotel bar on the beach serving drinks and food that was included in the all inclusive package from the hotel. We had a great time!

The views are amazing!
The staff were excellent throughout our stay—always polite, friendly, and willing to help. Whenever we needed assistance, they did their best to meet our requirements. We also want to mention that when we first arrived, the room we were given was advertised as having an ocean view, but in reality around 80% of the view was the roof of the floor below. After we raised this issue, the staff handled it professionally and were very helpful in resolving it.The entertainment team were fantastic—very friendly, cheerful, and great with guests.
The food was okay, but there wasn't much choice for children. There was a snack bar available, however it served largely the same items every day, which became repetitive. What really FRUSTRATED us was that this hotel is advertised as being family-friendly. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy the sunset bar area or several other parts of the hotel because they were full of smokers. There seemed to be very few designated smoking areas, and many guests smoked around children. The smell was unpleasant and often spoiled the experience when trying to enjoy a drink or meal. It was sad to see babies around these people who didnt no consideration.
There was an adults-only section, which is understandable, but even in the family pool area there were topless sunbathers and couples behaving in ways that felt inappropriate for a family environment. We also found a lot of hair in the pool, which raised concerns about cleanliness.
