When they heard that i need to take some sky photos (for academic purpose), they proposed to offer me with a room getting a better view to shoot the sky. this is so warm and considerate. 「The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too. We had a great stay here and will hopefully be back next time we visit Nakuru!」

「The hotel did not recognize the reservation through Hotels.com. We were told this hotel does not do business with you. We spend quite a bit of time to clarify the matter.
