“The hosts were so kind and welcoming, the atmosphere of the Riad and rooftop terrace is so lovely, as was the daily breakfast, we stayed 4 nights and were happy to retreat to this very well designed Riad, the rooms are beautiful - merci beaucoup! The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day, making sure everything was spotless. The location is also great, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still being peaceful and quiet.”

Been to plenty hotels and never been asked to pay such a ridiculous amount.”

“Beautifully designed and well maintained hotel, we had a great time relaxing at the pool and took a 10 minute walk towards the promenade. We also used the parking lot included in the price. Breakfast is rich and tasty, incl. live cooking with eggs, omelette etc. A nice touch was a Moroccan tea served at the breakfast as well as at the check-in. “So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. No bottle of water supplied in courtesy on check in, I arrived after 10 pm and had no water to drink or brush teeth with. You……

The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. “The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.”
