Mohave Valley Hotel with Pool

"If you like being walked in on my cleaning staff after You told front desk not to send them and you like being laughed at and disrespected, this is the property for you! This past stay after having stayed here many times we had a complete nightmare of a stay. After telling the staff at check-in we did not want cleaning service they had someone show up anyway. My husband was indisposed and I was in the bathroom when the lady showed up. She did a very quick knock and said „cleaning service „ my husband barely got out the word „no“ and she swipes her card and enters anyway, she was opening the door while she asked if we . was laying on the bed in a state of undress. This lady assumed there was no one in the room even though we were staying for two nights and told staff we wanted NO cleaning. My husband was mortified and called the front desk and spoke with Dawn L. She was completely unsympathetic and even chuckled when my husband said his weekend would be marred by this event. He explained he was undressed in bed and she didn’t care at all. I think even an ounce of empathy would have been nice. Instead she laughed and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I assure you if she had been laying on the bed half naked after shouting at that cleaning staff not to ended she’d be pretty upset. Dawn was so unhelpful and ultimately transferred my husband to leave a message with manager Victor, who did NOT return our call to date. And to add to the fun, the air conditioner was broken. "

"Great pool and beach area. Slim pickings on food options. Carpet in room was old and stained. Bed/pillow not very comfy."

"After the experience at this hotel, this would be the last place. I’d stay on earth! I’ve stayed in nicer places in the slums of Mexico than in this hotel! The staff was rude and unhelpful. The rooms were full of bugs, that we were killing all the time we were there, which was two days thank God that’s all we stayed there for. I would never eat in this hotel. It’s like an old senior citizens home. And I love seniors, but not all in one space like that! Really the pictures on their website I don’t know where they got those rooms from the rooms that we stayed in were dark and dreery and full of bugs. I feel sorry for anyone that stays in here, but I will never do it again."

"room very small and dirty front desk very rude people paid for valet parking and they always closed can't find anyone to take your car to park it the whole casino smoking and smells very bad the staff on the floor they were very helpful the front desk lady charged me early choking fee without my knowledge very bad service expidia booked me and told me all hotel fees and taxes include it in my booking but when i cheeked out they charged me hotel resort fees so i don't know lied to me"

"Not enough decent restaurants. Denny’s is ok for breakfast, but there should be some other options. Steakhouse closed. The other restaurant was pizza/hot dogs."

"The casino was nice! Good food! The pool! Poolside cafe donuts & coffee are great! The room was nice and clean! Parking is good!👍 "
