“The property is indeed a cozy cabin on a lake. Lovely setting-- wish we had more time to take the kayaks out on Lake Bailey. The cabin was about halfway between Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor, so it was easy and quick to get to either place for meals or the outfitters for kayaking on Lake Superior-- and that was a superior experience! The house itself was very clean and very comfortable-- plenty of space, kitchen well-equipped (though we were all glad to have a vacation from cooking. Only one……

“The stay was amazing. Cannot say enough about the host Jan. She let us know when the northern lights might be visible on the first night and you can see the result. The kitchen was a dream for a rental, and it was probably the most full stocked rental. Agree with others the sunroom/library is probably the most used room. Everything was absolutely AMAZING! ”

“This is one of the best rental houses I and my friends have stayed in. Yes it’s an older house and has been maintained. Had lots of amenities and kitchen utensils and towels and laundry detergent etc etc. Beach is just across the street. Smaller restaurants within two blocks. Host is very quick in response to any questions. 10/10 rating!! ”

“I love the location and that it was pet friendly. It was very peaceful and quiet. Wonderful location to watch the Northern Lights! All I had to do was step out the door at the right time or a peak. Loved that it was right next to a lighthouse!”
