I booked this property but I was assigned by the front desk to the sister property across the street. Hotel Playa because supposedly it was quieter. El Flamenco seems to attract young, loud, party oriented travelers. This is a family owned group of properties including a restaurant. They seem to save Hotel Playa rooms (about7-8 rooms) for guests’ overflow This review is for Hotel Playa.Both properties are old and very run down. The one thing Hotel Playa has going for it is the location facing the beach. If you like to sleep with the sound of waves this is for you and it’s a few steps to the water. Now, the property includes access to a pool/lounge that starts playing very loud club music as early as 11 am till well after midnight. This is a pool/bar open to anyone and not just hotel guests , 20 year olds drinking , dancing and flirting poolside which is fine but not ok if you want to relax or take your kids to the pool. Not child friendly. As for the room, tiny old TV oddly placed, rusty doors, walls with holes and stains, some towels are old and raggedy. Dark room, front desk not responsive to request to fix a broken light. Musty/humid small throughout but I guess to be expected in an old building across from the sea. The one good thing : AC worked. I asked about a refrigerator as the property’s picture showed one. I was told there were no fridges, the pics were from the previous hotel management which is deceiving. Poor price/quality. Awful.

Alquilamos una habitación doble con vistas o eso estaba en la descripción del anuncio, cuando llegamos resulta ser que esas habitaciones ya las tenian reservadas y nos dieron una habitacion con 4 camas y con vistas a la fachada lateral de otro edificio....La verdad es que me parece faltal la falta de transparencia del negocio pero bueno, por lo demas en tanto a limpieza y a servicios sin mas

Lo mejor el joven recepcionista. A la habitación se llegaba por un pasillo sin ninguna luz. La luz del cuarto de baño no funcionaba ni la de la terraza. Eso sí tenía una buena terraza frente al mar.

El alojamiento es normal pero está limpio, habria que mejorar la luz en el baño, es oscuro, iba con una persona con visibilidad reducida y la luz era escasa. Por lo demás es muy basico todo, las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas pero feas. Que sea sencillo y económico no está reñido con que tenga un poco mas de gusto. El personal lo mejor, muy atentos. El desayuno bueno, la comida no sé porque no las haciamos alli.

Hemos estado este fin de semana y pedimos una habitación la verdad me quedé sorprendida porque por un precio asequible estábamos en primera linea de playa al lado de los garitos de moda no se escuchaba nada en la habitación la ubicación perfecta, el personal muy amable nos recomendaron ir a la piscina de enfrente del hotel que es gratis con buena música buen ambiente, la habitación con una terraza grande y vistas al mar,aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario el único pero que pondría es que la persiana estaba rota y a las 8 de la mañana entraba toda la luz se lo dijimos al chico para que lo tomara en cuenta pero es el unico pero sin duda si vuelvo vendre a este sitio lo recomiendo 💯
