“we enjoyed our stay over all. the staff can do a better job of acknowledging and greeting guests. maid on 4th floor, was watching and listening to cell set up on counter and no response after we greeted her good morning! pillows were flat, bed was firm and uncomfortable but the tv was nice. the elevators are rough riding and the door track was dirty..we would stay again because it's near our family and reasonable rates!”
