“We had high hopes for this place, drove over 3 hours to get there, and had plans to be somewhere shortly after checking in at 3 PM, but needed to get dressed, etc. Our room wasn't ready until just after 4 PM and the best they could offer was for us to get ready in the common bathroom in the lobby. The staff that came on for the evening shift was at least gracious and apologetic, but the staff when we arrived seemed to be indifferent to our situation. I guess the cherry on top is that the……
