There were bugs crawling around in the room. The shower water is hooked up backwards. Hot to the right ... Cold to the left.

Hot rooms, our door had no key we had to break in to hotel room threw window, this is how manager told us to get in room. Our tv didn't work and it smelled bad in rooms.

Left a necklace there and when I called to ask if they found it hanging on the shower rod, they were so rude and told me sure would check 1 time and if she doesn’t see it there. There’s nothing she is going to do about it. She didn’t even give a call back so make sure not to leave anything there because you will not get it back!!

You get what you pay for… we didn’t pay much and didn’t get much. The AC worked sporadically through the night probably from having half the desert in the vent. There were skittles stuck to the floor and the washcloth looked like it had been used for a mechanics rag in a previous life. The TV remote was missing a battery.

Tv didn’t work, cockroaches, rude, would not refund the last night said I had to take it up with you. AC vent dirty. Tried to charge me for parking when I called in advance. Fire lanes blocked completely. No Ice machine. Said it broke. Rotten smell in room. Would never go back
