「我們辦入住時得知Mineral pool損壞維修中，這倒還好。 但是晚上很晚回旅館時要洗澡才發現沒有熱水可以洗澡。去問接待員，說應該只是水壓不穩，等一等就會有熱水，可是我等了好久，忍不住，只好洗冷水。家人都無法洗熱水，還只能克難的用熱水器煮一些水來想辦法清潔。隔天詢問接待櫃檯，得到的答案是，因為旅館的地熱與加熱設備有問題，而且昨天是節慶假日，沒有人可以來修。 真的令人生氣。 如果你本來就知道沒有熱水，你提早說，或許我們還有變通的辦法，讓全家折騰一晚，也只說讓您不方便了! 這算什麼服務 」

「No air conditioning and the room is very stuffy without ventilation m. Despite there is a kitchen but no exhaust fan, if you do the cooking, full of smoke in the room」

「Stayed 2 nights with a friend so was nice to have beds in two separate rooms. We had a room off the road which was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and room felt spacious. Main heat pump was in the bedroom so could get cold but they provide a plugin heater that you can use in that room just takes a while to heat the room. Staff were friendly.」
