“This is a family friendly property that offers plenty of room for activities, whether that is inside or out. Was nice and tidy. The fire place made the property nice and Casey. Great place to stay.”

“Lovely accomodation, clean and warm for the winter. Very spacious for the eight of us to stay. Laundry & kitchen were fully equip. More than what I expected. Booking and check in was a smooth process. Appreciate the communication from our host. Very close to everything that we had planned. Good parking for our vehicles. Will definitely use this home again in Rotorua.Thank you”

“Beautiful property with an amazing view! The house had everything we needed and the beach and the hot tub were really nice. ”

“I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again. It was perfect for what we needed. However, I would say the listing is a bit misleading. The pool, hot tub and fire pit are not actually at this unit. The property consists of four separate homes and the owner lives in the main home. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and gym are all on the main home's property and are shared. You are basically in their backyard. It was too cool to use the pool anyway, but we may have used the hot tub and fire pit……

“It was really lovely - neat, tidy and comfortable. Had everything we needed. We will book again! Thank you!”

“Walking distance to the town centre.”

“大変良かった。”

“Our stay was enjoyable, quite and easy to find. It was close enough to Rotoruas main attractions without having to travel far but nice not to be in busy main town, when u are used to the quite country. the cottage had everything we needed and communication was easy. Would recommend it to others and would use again ourselves.”

“Can't say enough for Bill. He was super helpful in the midst of cyclone vaianu. Location is awesome for quick access to redwoods trails and the little centre of eateries down. ”

“An outstanding experience, start to finish. Easy to rate 10/10. Wish my travels had me here longer, I’d definitely stay here every opportunity. Highly recommended.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, especially the kids loved the hot spa. The rooms were”

“Everything was clean and easy to find. The driveway takes a little figuring out, but once you figure it out it is easy enough. One nice little feature was the plug adapter in the Master Bathroom for US appliances. The views of Rotorua are really nice. We only stayed a couple of nights but would have been happy to be there for a longer stay.”
