The place was great with a bunch of restaurants but couldn't get any cutlery from the front desk for the room which was weird. Their breakfast was amazing!

Room was lovely and warm, staff excellent lovely hotel! Felt like I was in "The Shining" walking through the corridors. Lol. Only gripe I had was running the shower for at least 35 minutes just to get a tepid shower. Not great.
