"They say they dont work with the app and you have to pay them in cash even after paying in the app, so i payed twice for no reason. Room smelled of smoke and was not clean. Bed was not comfortable and not cleaned after last visit"

"Center Apartment Chisinau changed the address where they were supposed to go, and instead of accommodation in 14-floor building on Izmail Street 98, tourists were accommodated in an attic of some building, which looks like a garage with horrible conditions, the address is Stefan cel Mare Boulevard 64."

"When I arrived, the staff claimed I had no reservation. I had to pay cash at triple the rate. My credit card was charged by Expedia anyway for it so I ended up paying four times what I should have.
Additionally, the toilet did not work and the shower door was broken. The staff said it would be a couple of days before they could fix it. My reservation was only for one day..."
