Holiday Home 'Villa Des Ponteils' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Moliets-et-Maa, the holiday home Villa des Ponteils has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a fenced pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Cleaning is not included in the price, it is optional. The guest must return the property clean or an extra cleaning fee will be applied (160 euros ). Bed linen and towels (all included) are available for 20 euros per stay.
