"Quaint property with nice pool. A/C struggle d to keep up with the July heat but it never got uncomfortable inside. Pet friendly and was able to keep my dog contained in the yard but it took additional measures to keep one gate from staying open. Gate could use some repair. Ran dishwasher on the last day but it wasn't draining so dishes didnt get clean. Would rent again."

"Great place for family time! The house is located close to downtown, the beach, and NAS Pensacola so there are lots of options of things to do. The Blue Angels show is a must see! Having firewood provided for a beach bonfire was very appreciated. There is also a little cottage you can rent that is super cute. Donna is very helpful and easy to contact. "

"There were minor issues with shower doors, slow drain and awkward laundry facilities but the place was comfortable and welcoming! We had a GREAT time and were close to downtown and the beach! We met up for the a graduation ceremony and a we all had lots of fun. From our family to yours....thank you!"
