「good location and good service attitude. staff is very helpful」

「Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」

「Excellent location, clean modern apartments. Could use a bit better ventilation but overall a good experience」

「Our stay at Palazzo del Poeta was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. This is truly a five-star boutique hotel where elegance, comfort, history, and exceptional hospitality come together beautifully. 「Beautiful and clean room with everything you need (espresso machines, cooking utensils). Clear checkin instruction and communication from the host. A bit noisy as it’s on the main street but easily solved with earplugs. 」

「Staff were very helpful. Was in a very central location to shopping and restaurants」

「Place is beautfiul an right next to restaurants and maqueda street. Its beautiful and clean. Host is responsive and considerate with our late arrival. Down the street next to souvenir shops as well. Close to all tourist locations that are walkable.」

「Veronica, the hostess, was amazing!! She helped us with car parking and itinerary for Palermo and the rest of Sicily! Great restaurant across the street.」

「Nice staff.good service」

「This was a last minute booking and it was difficult to find. You have to go in through this tiny door that opens up into a common area and then up stairs to find the reception desk. Also, they are not there all the time. We had to tell them precisely what time we were arriving so they would be at the desk. The room was clean and nice and it was a great neighborhood.」

「The location was marvelous, in the center of town with everything within walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. It was quiet, allowing for good restful nights. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, couldn’t ask for anything more. The owner was absolutely charming as was her daughter.」
