“The property is wonderful with a great facilities!!! The villa was very clean, sofa bed was ready and the bed was very comfortable. AC or fan is in the rooms which is I founded very convenient. Beach towels are provided, so you don’t have to take from home. Bathroom is very clean, plenty of branded toiletries (smells amazing). I was missing a shower cap only (if you don’t want to get your hair wet under the shower, as sometimes you have to take few during the day). Towels are fresh and soft,……

“Room was clean when we arrived but a lot of bull ants in there, we had to spray insect repellent everyday to keep them out. Manager kept asking about payment for 2 rooms that were booked December 25 and fully paid for, there were 4 of us and I had booked rooms above the pool, we were the only people there but we were given different rooms because the staff had the pool view room. We only had breakfast and it was cooked fresh, which was good. There were no soft drinks available only beer, it……

“This hotel has up side and quite a bit down sides. The big up side is the breathtaking view and the perfect staff (Gadjen). The down sides are both the fact that in order to go to Ella you must take a tuktuk. The owner taking advantage of the hotel isolation from the city and chrges unusually expensive rate for breakfast, whuch we were not informed in advance. 2 family breakfast cost as much as a night's stay in the hotel.”
