「Everything was not bad overall. The room was clean, the staff were nice, breakfast was decent, and the beach view was enjoyable.」

「Moyen」

「If you like noise until all hours of the day and night with endless kids screaming at two in the morning and boom boom uncontrollable noise then ok. Loads of kids get dropped off in to swim in the pool. No security to stop them making a racket. I had to get up at two in the morning and ask them to stop the noise. Never can this place be four stars!! Building is outdated and on its last legs!! Stay away it’s awful!!」

「Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining. Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc . What I didn't like was being asked...

「I liked mr kamal of the bar... And miss soussou.. Love her」

「Staff were brilliant with holiday makers they catered for all but no pork in restaurant. Entertainment could be better more proffessional singers or groups otherwise I can’t fault it」

「Tout est parfait. Une vue magnifique sur la mer」

「Although this is a very good location hotel, however the service quality in this hotel is not value for money. The staff in the hotel did not able to supply any service. 」

「Conviniently located within the walls of the old city walls, We enjoyed our stay much more than we did staying at the best hotel in the area, We especially liked the peace and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were quite accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Very nice room, the bed was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!」

「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」

「Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. 」
