「Wonderful hotel. Highly recommended. The only negative is that no one at the hotel reads the messages to the property from guests. I sent an important message that went unread until a corporate office answered but by then it was too late.」

「Everyday the bar would either run out of some form of alcohol and ice, and instead of going to get replenishment themselves they would suggest to go check in another bar which I believe is poor customer service. As much as the food was great over half the food had no labels so was difficult to know what was key ingredients for the dishes which is a issue if you have allergies (was not asking for a list of ingredients but just to know what a dish is) and due to language barrier this was...

「Conviniently located within the walls of the old city walls, We enjoyed our stay much more than we did staying at the best hotel in the area, We especially liked the peace and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were quite accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Very nice room, the bed was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!」

「The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming.
