“Very well located hotel next to the beach and 10 mins walk into the town with its many shops, restaurants, bars etc. However, the main selling point of the hotel is the amazing, warm, friendly service we received from Michalis (concierge/manager) and his team. This was evident from our first welcome to the hotel and throughout our stay - nothing was too much trouble and it is clear Michalis (and the other members of the team) strive to ensure their customers enjoy their stay as much as……

“AMAZING PROPERTY! Victoria was amazing and such a gracious and kind host. I was unable to book Barbarosa for dinner for over 3 months after emailing and calling over 10x…I asked if they could help and had it booked in less than 2 hours! We ran out of sugar…had it there in less than 10 minutes. We ran out of water…had it there in less than 10 minutes. You feel as if you were the only one in the villa. It had amazing views, the coffee was amazing and the beds were so comfortable. Had washing……

Location was close to the lovely village of Naoussa. Although, transportation was easily arranged by the hotel I would recommend renting a car. Roads are very easily navigated. Sea view from balcony is not perfect and has little deviation from web photos due to room allocation in low floor. In general, this hotel is still a very good choice to stay in Naoussa.”

We had an early checkout 4:30am which could have gone smoother, as not all transportation and checkout information was communicated between the staff. Overall and excellent experience”
