Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Schöne Wohnung mit großzigigem Balkon und in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage. Badestrand Göhren, Rasender Rohland gut mit dem Fahrad zu erreichen.

Nichts für Arachnophobiker, sonst okay für den Preis.

Zahllose Spinnen in der Wohnung und ums Haus herum. Der Balkon war erst nach intensiver Grundreinigung nutzbar. Im Laufe einer Woche wurden in und außerhalb der Wohnung mehr als 100 Spinnen erlegt. Die Reinigung der Wohnung bietet ebenfalls Raum für Verbesserung. Der Küchenteppich hat nach vergorener Milch gestunken. In der Dusche waren Haare von der Vormieterin. Besteck in der Schublade war teilweise ungewaschen. Auch das Gefäß neben dem Herd für die Kochutensilien war schon länger ungereinigt, innen wie außen. Ein weiteres NoGo für uns, Fenster waren so verriegelt, zum Lüften nur kippbar. In einer Dachwohnung lässt sich so schlecht Lüften im Hochsommer. Der Zufahrtsweg von der Straße ist ... landestypisch originell gehalten. Traumhaft dagegen ist die generelle Lage der Wohnung in Alt-Reddevitz. Schön ruhig, Aussicht auf den Bodden, in der Nähe 2 tolle Restaurants. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett, Grill und Küche, vom Einwand oben abgesehen, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Du bist Arachnophobiker? Dann mach einen sehr großen Bogen um die Wohnung. Allen anderen wünsche ich frohe Tage in Alt-Reddevitz. Das Team der Mönchguter Zimmervermittlung war sehr nett.
